This report presents an in-depth analysis from a market research project I conducted for a company intending to launch a coworking space. Unfortunately, the project was put on hold due to the pandemic.

In this report, I began by profiling the demographics, behaviors, habits, needs, and lifestyles of digital nomads in Bali. This foundation allowed me to create a detailed digital nomad persona that reflects the target audience's preferences and aspirations.

Subsequently, I conducted a thorough competitive analysis, examining competitors' websites, social media platforms, blogs, and conducting onsite surveys. This approach provided valuable insights into their facilities, ambiance, service offerings, and staff interactions. I also assessed the unique advantages this company possesses over its competitors.

Additionally, I analyzed feedback from dissatisfied customers of other coworking spaces to identify common pain points. By integrating these insights with the distinctive features and services that this company offers, I developed a set of compelling selling points that can effectively inform the marketing strategy.
